FAQs

How do I log in to the new escrow platform?
You will log in to Escrow through Digital Banking using your current Digital Banking credentials. If you do not currently have Digital Banking access, please contact your Branch Manager.
 
What new features are available?
In addition to the features and functionality that are currently available, you will also have the ability to open and close sub-accounts and manage those relationships independently.
 
How do I open a new sub-account?
From the Organization dashboard, you can initiate the opening of a new subaccount by clicking on “New” and then “New Subaccount." For additional details, view our User Guide.
 
How can I view details about specific sub-accounts?
You can view the details of individual subaccounts by clicking on each one in the Organization dashboard. This view allows you to review beneficiary details, account balances, transaction history, and account documentation.
 
How do I close a sub-account?
Once inside the sub-account, you can initiate an account closure by clicking on the three dots on the right side of the screen and selecting “Close Subaccount." From here, you will be directed to a new screen where you can review the closure details and insert an optional memo for tracking purposes.
