Senior Property Tax Freeze

Good news! The Governor recently approved the NJ Senior Property Tax Freeze Program for this year, and the application deadline is November 1, 2021.

Protect yourself from ongoing property tax increases with the NJ Senior Property Tax Freeze Program

If your taxes in 2020 were greater than they were in 2019, that increase may be reimbursed to you. If taxes increase again in 2021, you now get reimbursed from your newly established 2019 base tax year amount. Please see the program's age, income, and other eligibility requirements.
