Digital Banking is Almost Here!

Soon, existing Personal and Business Online Banking users will be invited to experience our new and improved Digital Banking platform. In addition to all that you’re already accustomed to, take a look at some of the enhancements:

•  Improved Mobile App - streamlined, and with more functionality

•  Enhanced Security - more options to verify your identity

•  Convenient Support - send and receive messages with our support team within Digital Banking, and have our support team view your screen when needed

•  Card Swap - easily switch payments to your Amboy Debit Card for a variety of popular services

•  Business User Access - assign different levels of access to users for your business

What You’ll Need to Know . . .

Moving to Digital Banking-

  • By December 10th, most clients will receive an email letting you know that you will be migrated to our new Digital Banking. Some Business clients will continue to use eCorp Online Banking until further notice.
  • Account history, Bill Pay scheduled payments, and scheduled transfers will migrate to Digital Banking. eStatements will also migrate, but you will have to verify your ability to view them upon your initial login.
  • Bill Pay will not be accessible on December 8 and 9. Previously scheduled bills will be sent, but you will not be able schedule new bills during this time.
  • Our current mobile app will no longer work as of December 9th. Our new app will be available for download from your app store on December 10th.

Logging In-

  • You will continue to log in at AmboyBank.com. If you are invited to join Digital Banking prior to December 10th, be sure to use the link in the email we sent you
  • Your Access ID and initial Password will be the same. Upon your first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password, and to verify your identity using the email address or phone number that we have on file.         

What’s Next?

  • Amboy 24 (Bank by Telephone) will undergo an upgrade later in December. The phone number will not change, though you may be asked to create a new password the first time you call.

+ What is a Unified Experience?

A Unified Experience means that the look and feel of Digital Banking is consistent on all of your devices. It is intended to improve your experience by making navigation simple and familiar regardless of device.
 

+ How secure is Digital Banking?

Digital Banking will employ state of the art security practices, so you can rest assured that your information is safe. You will also initially need to verify your identity through multi-factor authentication, which means you'll also need access to an email address or phone number we have on file.
 

+ When will the transition to Digital Banking occur?

For most, it will happen in November and December. You will receive an email when we are ready for you to join. Some Business clients will continue to use eCorp Online Banking for a while longer.
 

+ How will I log in to Digital Banking?

Prior to December 10, those who are invited will need to use the link we emailed you. On December 10, the main Online Banking login box will convert to Digital Banking. Our new app will work beginning on December 10.
 

+ Will I need to use a new app?

Yes, on December 10 you will need to download our new app, and our current one should be deleted.
 

+ Will I lose my account history, eStatements, or Bill Pay details?

No. They will automatically convert to the new Digital Banking experience.
