Rama personally meets with each customer to understand the objective and vision for their marketing needs before bringing in the rest of his team of talented in-house designers, project manager and expert installers to assist with the sign creation and installation. Rama estimates that roughly 50 to 60 percent of his business includes long standing repeat customers that come back not just for additional signs but also for the full-service marketing and designing that Signarama offers. Rama says he has found that often installing the business sign is something upcoming businesses tend to put off until the end, which Rama believes is a missed opportunity to actively advertise the business and garner curiosity and interest way before the actual opening.
